FROM THE VIDEOSHOOT FOR NEW SINGLE MOTHERLAND
WITH OUR DEAR FRIEND CREE NATIVE FROM CANADA; KEN CRYING CHILD ROULETTE
SHOT AT BORGBERGET, BOLLSTABRUK BY ANOTHER DEAR FRIEND;
This song is very current as it is a tribute yet a lamentation to Mother Earth-
our mutual Motherland whose ability to sustain us we've come to take for granted. This song and what it represents will be our way of showing our support to and raising awareness for the Dakota and Lakota People- the water protectors at Standing Rock Sioux Tribe peacefully protesting against the oil pipe line (DAPL) which is planned to be constructed on their sacred grounds.
Obviously the ways of modern society with its' commerce, greed and shortsighted politics does not work. We have driven the world to the very edge.
Our single Motherland is not only a tribute to our holy Mother Nature but also a tribute to the amazing indigenous people all over the world who seem to embody the voice of sanity and ancient wisdom that all of humanity would benefit from taking to heart.

- OFFICIAL VIDEO OF DEEP IN THE WOODS -
"With their second album "Deep in the woods", Crash n Recovery establishes themselves as one of the best bands in Sweden within the country and americana genre. Or maybe not just in Sweden... Crash n Recovery were nominated for Best European Act at British Country Music Awards in 2014 so to just name Sweden may be a bit too humble. Since the debut album "Post the storm" from 2012 we've known that Crash n Recovery were extraordinary talented with great love and understanding for the genre..."Deep in the woods" is simply a bunch of extremely strong tracks which immediately grabs hold of the listener and won't let go for a long time...A classic, timeless sound which just feels right without any attempts to be either too modern or too retro..."
